Ingredients
For the French Toast Mixture

stale french bread (baguette)

For the Crumble topping

unsalted butter

Instructions
For the French Bread Mixture
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except for french bread, figs, and bananas together
Next, place the french bread in the mixture and let the bread soak up all of the mixture. Approximately 3-5 mins. depending how stale your bread is.
Then, fold in the figs
Transfer everything into the baking dish
Top with the bananas
For the Crumble Topping
Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl
Pour on top of the french bread mixture
Baking Instructions
Bake 350 degrees covered for 30 mins, remove foil and bake for the remainder of the time.
